We generally process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to customers and operating our business. Where the law requires consent for a particular use, we will ask for it.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers that help us run the website, receive form submissions, communicate with customers, host data, process payments, or provide professional business services. Netlify is used for website hosting, forms and server functions. Stripe Checkout is used for online card-payment processing. Resend is used to deliver transactional customer confirmations and internal booking notifications.
Payment information
When you pay online, card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page rather than into A-Side's website. A-Side may receive transaction information such as payment status, amount, customer email and payment/session identifiers, but does not need to receive your full card number or security code.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including handling your enquiry, carrying out work, meeting legal, tax or accounting requirements, and resolving disputes. Enquiries that do not lead to work should be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed.
